First Advanced African Learning Academic Ecosystem

Lewisham Multi Solution (LMS) pioneering initiative aims to revolutionize higher learning in education through the integration of Humanoid Robots and cutting-edge AR, VR, AI Advancement technologies in EdTech. By employing a strategic approach blending traditional and modern methodologies, our mission is to establish the First advanced African learning academic ecosystem (FAALAE) powered by humanoid robots, VR, AR, and AI. This ground-breaking initiative, known FAALAE as Best-spoke African Academic AI-Land (BAA AI-L), seeks to enhance student skill development and knowledge base, creating a market for reselling academic achievements.
The importance of this venture lies in its potential to cover a wide range of DBA, MBA, MSc programs, and Professional courses such as ACCA, CFA, SCRUM, Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, Data Analysis, Database Management, Cyber Security and Marketing, in subject areas not currently available. Through the implementation of humanoid robots, ChatGPT models, and leveraging Elon Musk’s resources, our platforms will offer an engaging and personalized learning environment. The use of artificial emotional intelligence and neural networks aims to address unmet learning needs in education, fostering creativity and confidence among students and educators.
To overcome the challenges in higher education, we are using the three distinct humanoid robots (Optimus, Ameca, and Sophia) tailored for specific educational purposes. These robots will facilitate one-to-one online and face-to-face tutoring, addressing issues such as attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making.
LMS business model focuses on a non-profit approach, prioritizing the well-being and development of students, employees, and stakeholders. By aligning Business, Brand, and Behaviour (3Bs) and adopting the 3Cs of Brand Development (Customer, Company, and Competitors), we aim to create a strategic advantage in the market.
The target market includes students aged 18-24 and 30+, educators, and researchers from business and science schools at master and higher education levels. We have identified several universities in Africa and International professional bodies, including CFA, ACCA, CIM, PMI, PMBROK, BABROK, AGILE SCRUM, AWS CYBER SCURITY, and ASACA as key stakeholders.
With an estimated 3 million international students enrolled in both master’s and professional courses in higher education and 480k students in the chosen program, capturing 15% of this market at the rate of $3,200 per annual could generate over $1.54 billion. Additionally, by offering 10% discounted rate in the initial phase, we anticipate attracting a significant portion of our target market and generating over $691 million within the first six months.
Competitor analysis indicates a unique positioning in the market, with no direct competition. EdTech companies and humanoid robot providers face challenges that our innovative approach and business model overcome. Our courses, focused on key areas often neglected by other business programs, serve as a distinctive feature.
The framework guiding our success is a combination of innovation models, robust R&D&I, a simplified B2B2C2B2C business model, sustainable marketing strategies, and branding/rebranding models (3Bs & 3Cs). The PESTEL framework further fortifies our business against competition, making it a mission impossible for rivals to replicate our success.
In conclusion, our initiatives not only address the gaps in current learning in education systems but also present a viable and sustainable model for the future of higher and professional education. By combining technological advancements, strategic planning, and a commitment to positive change, we aim to transform the educational landscape, benefitting individuals, businesses, professional bodies, society, and the economy at large.
